        How time flies!

        As a student coming from other province enrolled in autumn 2002, I finally completed my college education this July. And now, I am glad to be a translator working in a famous translation company.

        Thinking back the past school years, there are lots of joys and sorrows. Joys? I am glad I have met some excellent teachers, such as Wang Heng, Liu Nannan, etc, and many warmhearted classmates, like Wang Chun, Tang Jirong, Liu Jingang, and lots of other classmates. I really appreciate it a lot for their help. Also I am glad when my subjects passed with high scores in each term contributing to my hard work. And sorrows? Can you imagine a young boy coming from other province living in Beijing to pay his daily expenses and education expenses by himself with his little money earned from his part-time jobs because he has to put more effort on his subjects? But no matter how hard and difficult the life is, I want to tell you, DO NOT give up at any time and keep on if you want to make your dreams come true. Your aim in life is the fortune worth finding.

        It is said that clumsy birds must start flying before the rest. I am a clumsy bird. I am not clever, and not talented. So I know it clearly if I want to do a good job in my study, I have no choice but work harder than others. So I always get up early in the morning and arrange my time properly. I have learned how to be initiative-taking, self-confident, and persevering during these years. I get used to them, and I think I will benefit from them in my rest of life. In the last year of study, I was lucky chosen to be the monitor of the class. I am glad I have chances to serve my classmates.

        In my first year, I even cannot write an article without any grammar mistakes. But now, I can communicate with foreigners freely. What I am mostly proud of is that my translation works are accepted by lots of companies which give me more confidence to do a better job for more companies. My dream is to be a more professional translator and interpreter in the future so that I can contribute more in this field. I think I am on the way now.

       该同学在网院三年的学习中能够深刻领会理解网院的学习理念，并能够在学习中努力实践。该同学对自己要求非常严格，能够克服平时工作繁忙时间紧的困难，严格按照网院的学习计划进行学习。在平时能够按时完成各科作业和学习记录卡，成绩优秀，已经养成了很好的英语学习习惯。通过自身的努力，将所学的知识运用到了实践工作当中，得到广泛的认可。
