吴 冰 简 介

　　 英语写作的良师
　　 吴冰， 1954年毕业于北京大学西语系，北京外国语大学英语学院教授，博士生导师，全国美国文学研究理事,北京外国语大学英语学院华裔美国文学研究中心主任。研究方向为美国小说、华裔美国文学。 吴冰教授从教近45年，先后在兰州大学、外交部职工业余学校教授英语，在北京外国语大学为本科和研究生讲授精读、写作、翻译、口译、美国文学、19世纪与20世纪美国小说、亚裔美国文学、英语文体学等课程。1980至1981年在美国夏威夷东西方中心做访问学者，1988至1990年在美国哈佛大学做富布赖特访问学者。曾7次被评为系、校、部级先进工作者。1995年获北京市优秀教师称号和香港柏宁顿（中国）教育基金会首届“孺子牛金球奖”荣誉奖。

主要经历：
　　《英语文体学引论》,获1991年北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖、1992年第二届普通高校优秀教材全国优秀奖；
　　《英语写作手册》（修订本）,获国家教委第三届高校优秀教材一等奖；
　　《美国文学名著精选》,1995年获全国高校外国文学教学研究会首届优秀教材奖，1996年获北京市第四届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖；
　　《英语写作基础教程》,获2001年北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖；
　　《汉译英口译教程》；
　　《美国全国图书奖获奖小说评论集》等。

Wu Bing, who graduated from Peking University as an English major in 1958, is professor of English of the English Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University. She has been a teacher of English for the last 45 year, teaching at Lanzhou University and Foreign Languages School for Employees of the Foreign Ministry, PRC before she came to Beijing Foreign Studies University, where she has offered such courses as Intensive Reading, Writing, Oral Interpreting, American Literature, 19th and 20th Century American Fiction, Asian American Literature, and Stylistics to both undergraduate and graduate students. Wu Bing has twice been to the U.S.A. – as Professional Associate at Cultural Learning Institute of East-West Center, Hawaii (1980-1981), and as Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University (1988-1990).
