本文旨在提出一个e-Learning环境下的大学英语教学总体方案。基於我们三年的实践与探索，该方案涉及e-Learning环境下大学英语教学的方方面面，从教学指导思想、课堂教学、教学资源建设、教师培训、在线答疑、在线测试、自主学习，到教学管理及硬件环境建设。该方案注重实用性与可行性，对传统教学模式和e-Learning各取所长，取长补短。按照国际上e-Learning研究与实践的最新发展，构架Blended Learning大学英语教学与学习环境。

Abstract:

The paper presents a solution to College English with the help of e-Learning. On the basis of our three-year practice and study in the field, it covers various aspects of e-Learning College English, ranging from teaching guideline, classroom teaching, work on teaching resources, teacher development, online Q&A, online testing, autonomous learning, teaching management, to the construction of a proper network. system. With great emphasis on practicability and feasibility, the solution keeps an open mind about the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching and e-Learning and tries to combine them for the best possible effects. Following the most up-to-date e-Learning development in the world, the solution offers the framework of teaching or learning College English with the help of Blended Learning.
