摘要： 随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展，网络技术在教育中的应用日益广泛和深入，特别是Internet与校园网的接轨，使网络教学真正成为现实，如何有效地利用网上的资源，建构基于网络的现代教学模式是一个迫切研究的问题，而开展网络教学模式研究的重要理论基础之一就是网络教学的设计与评价。因此，开展网络教学的设计与评价的探索与实践研究有着十分重要的意义

Design of a Course Instruction System under the Environment of Campus Network

Abstract: With the development of modern information technology, network technology is applied more and more widely and profoundly in education. The access of campus network to Internet makes networked teaching into reality. How to construct the modern teaching model under the environment of network and how to use the resources on Internet efficiently still demand urgent resolutions. One of the theoretical foundations of networked teaching model is how to design and evaluate it. Therefore, it’s very important to make a probe into the design and evaluation as well as a research into the practice of networked teaching.
