This Conference will provide an environment that allows participants to make the most of the formal sessions and gatherings. The FLTRP international convention center has tutorial rooms ideally suited for parallel and small group sessions. All facilities are located in the center, ensuring convenience and minimum walking time between rooms.

The Programme will commence on the morning of Tuesday, 18 th October with an Opening Ceremony, followed by the keynote speeches. The afternoon will be devoted to parallel presentation sessions. Wednesday, 19 th October will follow a similar pattern, with a keynote in the morning and the rest of the day made up of parallel session. The Conference will end on Wednesday, 19 th October's evening.
