 中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会日前发布了“2011中国100大跨国公司及跨国指数”，中国石油化工集团公司、中国石油天然气集团公司和中国中信集团公司分别以5226亿元、5198亿元和3626亿元的海外资产名列2011中国100大跨国公司前三甲。

据介绍，2011中国100大跨国公司由拥有海外资产、海外营业收入、海外员工的非金融企业，依据企业2010年度海外资产总额排序产生。流量计

数据显示，2011中国100大跨国公司海外资产总额32504亿元，占总资产的21.10%；实现海外收入31011亿元，占总营业收入的14.82%；海外员工32.9万人，占员工总数量的4.17%。

2011中国100大跨国公司的平均跨国指数为13.37%，不仅远低于2011世界100大跨国公司60.78%的平均跨国指数，也低于2011发展中国家100大跨国公司40.13%的平均跨国指数。
